It is not only the virus, but high unemployment, business closings, and the need to stay away from many of the things that made us happy. We should take extra precautions in today’s world. Try to do more reading and enjoy new books on subjects not familiar to you. Learning about different science projects or try new hobbies. If you have never learned to meditate or do affirmations now is a great time to start. Mainly keep busy exploring new avenues of life.
