As the Pandemic drags on more and more people are experiencing mental distress. It is not only the virus, but high unemployment, business closings, and the need to stay away from many of the things that made us happy.
We should take extra precautions in today’s world. Try to do more reading and enjoy new books on subjects not familiar to you. Learning about different science projects or try new hobbies. If you have never learned to meditate or do affirmations now is a great time to start. Mainly keep busy exploring new avenues of life. That will keep you busy doing something worthwhile waiting for things to return to normal. Don’t worry it will get better as time goes by, just keep on keeping on. Love.

I think we all are affected by the pandemic. Having a spiritual practice can help people to stay centered.
In addition to meditation or affirmation, I think a good and useful thing to learn is growing ones own food. I think it will become a necessary skill in the near future.
I feel things won’t go back to how it was before the pandemic. I think it will be a new normal. I think a lot of the anxiety people feel is caused by the uncertainty of how that new normal will look like. Things can get better with time, but not by time alone. We need to use that time to solve the problem.
You are right, I think more people should have gardens. Love
