Welcome

This blog is more than an account of Near Death Experiences. It ponders in detail the tough questions of life. Who are you, and why are you here in this physical world? What happens when you die, and is there a judgment? However, most anything could appear here. This is not a news blog, archived posts are just as relevant as new posts. When I was a child I experienced what I can only describe as a near death experience. I had an eye accident at the age of 4years, My parents took me to the local dr and I was given morphine drops to put in my eye while I travelled a great distance from Kawerau to the Waikato hospital, I had to have an emergency operation, they used chlorophorm where they dripped it onto a mask. I was tied by my arms and feet to the operating table while this happened, while undergoing the operation I experienced travel through a vacuum at break neck speed with shadows that flipped by so fast I couldn’t see their form but I was frightened of them. They were black and indistinguishable, I knew they were trying to pull me back, but I wanted to get away, where there was relief from the pain, then the fear of not knowing where I was or where I was going. Then there was bright light and I was going there and then I woke up, and determined that no one was going to touch me, I became angry and hysterical and the medical staff had to put me in an area away from other children, I have always wondered why.
