Welcome

This blog is more than an account of Near Death Experiences. It ponders in detail the tough questions of life. Who are you, and why are you here in this physical world? What happens when you die, and is there a judgment? However, most anything could appear here. This is not a news blog, archived posts are just as relevant as new posts. Check the boxes at the top of the page for the Contents, Contact, Forum and other links.

Never Give Up

As I grow older I learn more yet know less about life. I can remember when young I was convinced I knew everything. What a roller coaster ride life becomes. No one is safe from the highs and lows we experience on a daily basis. Money and fame can not protect you from the sorrow of losing loved ones. Nor will it make your life as comfortable as most think.

Life remains relative to belief. What you believe about yourself and your life is most important, not the daily events or problems that touch all of us. Giving up on yourself is not an option. Modifying, changing your beliefs is the path to healing. Rekindle your curiosity, inherent in all individuals, and try new ways to think about life in general.

Practice being positive. Use affirmations to help you change negative beliefs into positive ones. You will be amazed how well it works if you just keep using them. Forgive the insults and problems others put in your path and stay positive. In the long haul you will benefit greatly. Never give up.

Strength through Diversity

Our Country (USA) is strong due to the diversity of its people. There are rules protecting that diversity against discrimination. These rules include anti-discrimination statutes to protect our citizens due to their:

Age; Disability; Equal Pay/Compensation; Genetic Information; Harassment; National Origin; Pregnancy; Race/Color; Religion; Retaliation; Sex; Sexual Harassment.

Yet, there are groups or organizations existing whose purpose is to preach discrimination against others under the pretext of free speech. Some call them hate groups. If the rules say discrimination is wrong, should there not be laws prohibiting such groups or organizations?
