I read about life reviews a while ago and I’m honestly glad that it exists. Watching my own actions carefully, trying to stay as kind as possible. Then when someone hurts me, I don’t feel as hurt about it. Knowing that my pain will someday be their pain.
Malicious intent in particular is what people will feel the most harshly.
