I broke down into tears watching this. I realized that all the depression, and anger within me was simply because I wasn’t able to forgive the people that hurt me in the past. I had resentment and anger and a “get back at them” approach in life. This video opened my eyes.

At 18 hospitals in the U.S. and U.K., researchers have suspended pictures, face up, from the ceilings in emergency-care areas. The reason: to test whether patients brought back to life after cardiac arrest can recall seeing the images during an out-of-body experience.
I do believe there’s a hereafter. I used to pooh-pooh all that otherworld stuff, but I’ve had six patients in my career have near-death experiences and come back—and they all told the same story. And they never feared death after that. I don’t make light of that stuff anymore, I’ve just seen too much. It’s just another interesting facet of this life.
