Reality and Reincarnation

When I was going through the beginnings of my spiritual journey I wanted to know about how reincarnation worked. This is what I learned. It is real. It is a choice, you can choose to come into the physical or not, but once you made that choice you have to finish no matter how many times you reincarnate.

The physical is a kind of accelerated school of spiritual growth. Here we are presented with the challenges of choosing Love or Not Love. That seems simple, but we have forgotten who we are/were before we came which makes the physical seem very real.

The physical is really a grand illusion. We all play a part and through our free will, will play the part of our own choice. We are continually presented with problems, tragedies, even catastrophic losses which contain elements of Love and Not Love. Slowly we learn to choose Love in even the most horrible of circumstances. The “you reap whatsoever you sow” principle is also real. If you keep choosing to Not Love you will fall deeper and deeper into the “hole” you dug until it becomes unbearable.

If you commit suicide, yes you will be sent back to finish your studies. I have a NDE that shows what can happen in suicide. In the end everyone learns to choose love and finishes. There is no hell, no judgments, no punishments for mistakes.

I will not say I know exactly how it all works because I don’t. I was told this is my 59th reincarnation. I was shocked to be such a slow learner. My greatest gift was a heart attack at 49. I experienced myself separated from my body. I got it!. From that moment on it became better and better. I used affirmations, and self-help books. I hope this post will help others. Like all spiritual questions there are many answers. Love and God Bless .

Beating Fear

There is plenty in this world to feel fearful about. Businesses shuttered due to a Pandemic. People without pay checks to buy groceries and stay afloat in a diminishing economy. Bankruptcies on homes and offices. It is not pretty. Many people suffering from depression, worry, and guilt. They feel like they have been deserted, abandoned, and nobody cares, no one is listening. They feel people are ignoring their feelings and calls for help.

However, when people ignore our feelings, and calls for help usually it is because there is nothing they can do to change our situation. They also feel helpless, and unable to cope. They desire to help but don’t know how. Others can not eat for us, nor can they think for us. Negative thought patterns can be debilitating, but they can be ameliorated with positive thought patterns, but only if one considers that possibility.

Negative feelings flow from negative thoughts and beliefs. Behind these beliefs and thoughts are fear. All kinds of fear, and fear is impulsive. Fear is self-generated. There is no real reason for anyone to hold fearful thoughts about themselves and/or life.

Fear:
“A strong feeling one gets when one anticipates harm or pain.”
“Something that caused such an emotion.”

Our past is history, and our future remains unknown. The only place we can really live is in the present. By concentrating our efforts on tasks of the day we can let-go of past and future fears. I know this is a lot easier said than done, but happier lives have to begin somewhere.

A big chunk of fear comes from misinformation. Not all our most sacred beliefs are truth. Much of what we believe came from others, and we have never checked to see if they knew what they were talking about.

Our human institutions: Religion, Politics, Schools, Governments, Media, Social Internets, etc., are so full of contradictions and misinformation one should always be skeptical until research can provide truth.

What we believe about ourselves and our world creates our future realities. Yes, that is to say we create our futures through free will choices. Some people believe the world is flat; that the Holocaust never happened; and/or the current Pandemic is a big hoax. You don’t have to be that wrong for your beliefs to cause you fear. Thinking fearful events await at death, thinking you are not worthy, astute, or personable enough to succeed can bring fear and pain into your life. You don’t need to live with this kind of fear any longer. You don’t need to live with any kind of fear.

Emmanuel says it better:

Your entire human experience
is predicated on your viewpoint.
Your viewpoint is predicated
on your inner belief system
and that is predicated on
how much you believe in fear
and how much you believe in love.

Solutions:

This physical world has a definite reason and meaning for being. It is a classroom for us humans to gain understanding of ourselves through learning to balance our thoughts. Here we are confronted with the best and the worst of life in a single day. We make choices to trust and think positive or to distrust and think negative. The whole process is a grand illusion for training purposes.

There is a large amount of planning for each of us. Nothing happens by accident or randomness. The courses are not designed to be easy. They will not be fair or even make sense at times. We come here by choice to gain self-knowledge and grow spiritually.

If you want to grow spiritually, then you must address your fears and let them go. This is done by forgiving yourself and others, while building your love for self and others. Affirmations can be a help if done routinely. Many have an aversion to forgiving those that do wrong to them and others. But holding on to grudges and hate only hurt yourself.

Emmanuel said it the best:

Your intuitive heart is the doorway
that stands between the two worlds.
In your willingness to go against
all reason, all defenses, all habits,
all patterns, all superstitions,
and many teachings, to say,
“I will love,”
you walk into the Light.
You honor the illusion
but you will never
become lost in it.

It does not matter if you believe in God, or not. It does not matter if you are spiritual, or not, What you believe is irrelevant to learning to love. Teaching yourself to love that which seems unlovable will change your perspective of life. It will give you hope, confidence, and the ability to live successfully. Unconditional Love never fails to inspire.

Severe Stress

About 8 years ago, I was going through some pretty severe stress in my life while in the military. Family problems, legal, financial, loss of love ones, you name it. One night I had gone to sleep knowing that the next day would be the most difficult day of my life.

I was about to wake up, when I heard and saw an explosion of super white light, immediately followed by what seemed to be a million voice choir singing in perfect harmony. I was suddenly standing on some sort of platform; to my right was an angel standing under a archway, with a welcoming and peaceful look. I looked into the sky, I saw a perfectly defined rainbow, there was a light just behind the beautiful clouds, I could not see the the total light, but the rays were coming through and entering my body.

The feeling was so good that I fell to my knees and pounded hard on the ground with my hands. At this point all I ever wanted to do was to stay there and continue to praise; the thoughts of money, sex, material things seemed so insignificant; all I ever wanted was there.

I felt that I had a choice to make, I wanted to stay there but I was facing something that next day that had to be completed. You see I was facing a verdict in court for something that I never did, put on me by my ex-wife, angry over a divorce. Well, the verdict was not guilty, in fact I was consoled by the judge himself, all of the members of the jury seemed to want to embrace me as they smiled at me walking away from the court room.

Again thank you so much.

The Role of Religion

“However many holy words you read,
However many you speak,
What good will they do you
If you do not act upon them?”
Buddha

“The essence of all religions is love,
compassion, and tolerance.
Kindness is my true religion.
The clear proof of a person’s love of
God is if that person genuinely
shows love to fellow human beings.”
The Dalai Lama

“Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy — meditate on these things.”
Paul the Apostle

If I speak in the tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give away all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
1 Corinthians 13:1-7

The role of religion is simple; teach only love. Should a religious organization retain past doctrines that inhibit or prevent the teaching of love in all areas, then that doctrine should be replaced quickly with doctrines of Love. Getting closer to God is to get closer to His Unconditional Love.
