Ian McCormick – After death Experience
Ian was night diving off the island of Mauritius when he was stung multiple times by Box Jellyfish, which are among the most venomous creatures in the world. His testimony relates how he clung to life while getting to hospital, was declared clinically dead soon afterward, and how during this time he had an encounter with God, which radically changed the direction of his life. Each experience is unique, yet there is a binding love in all of them. Ian started a church to express what he learned from his experience. It could be the model for churches in the next decade. © 2009 – 2014, Lekatt. All rights reserved.
Celebration. To observe a notable occasion with festivities. What we are celebrating is life. Without life there is nothing. An ancient affirmation states: “Everyday in everyway, I’m getting better and better.” Therein lies the celebration of life. We come into the physical to learn about ourselves, to bring light and love to every dark corner of the planet. Each day we struggle with the problems and the teachings those problems present to us, and each night we celebrate our victory. Look for the joy, and humor, learn to laugh when things seem so serious. We are safe and secure. We are eternal, we are held forever in the loving embrace of our Creator. “Fly free and happy beyond birthdays and across forever, Richard Bach, American Writer, © 2009, Lekatt. All rights reserved.
Joy. A state of happiness or felicity, Bliss. Joy is the feeling you get after you have helped another. Smiling at others as you pass them on the street; holding the door open for someone in a wheelchair; taking time to say “how are you” and waiting for the answer; being patient with others; teaching an adult how to read; holding the hand of a frightened child; giving to those who ask; visiting a shut-in and offering to run an errand; visiting the sick in the hospital; being there at the moment of death. These things add up, the more you do, the more joy you feel. The more love you gather and hold. “Joy in looking and comprehending is nature’s most beautiful gift.” Albert Einstein, German-American physicist, © 2009, Lekatt. All rights reserved.
