Welcome

This blog is more than an account of Near Death Experiences. It ponders in detail the tough questions of life. Who are you, and why are you here in this physical world? What happens when you die, and is there a judgment? However, most anything could appear here. This is not a news blog, archived posts are just as relevant as new posts. Words the Heart Can’t Say

Words can’t say what the heart feels,
when the dreaded notice comes.
That a loved one died on the
battlefield ‘mid smoke, fire, and guns.

Emptiness, deep grief, smites
a wordless troubled heart.
There is nothing more to say
a bullet has shattered it apart.

A hug, or two, a gentle pat on
the back, one hand in another.
Is that all to be done, for this
deeply loved, now fallen brother.

Suffer the heart to speak that
which can make the carnage cease.
Listen to the words of the heart,
and find the path to peace.

Playing Through the Illusion

Dance with me on froth of waves
‘cross spans of deep Blue Ocean.
Twirling, leaping, bonding, ’till,
we faint from the emotion.

On the deck of a swift Brig
watching the sky at midnight.
Counting all the winking stars
graced in their warm soft light.

Slide with me down mountain peak
onto the lush-green plateau.
A place where no shadows hang
nor any harsh winds blow.

Love me just for who I am
as we float on misty clouds.
No guilt, and no regret, far
from the perplexing crowds.

Playing through the illusion,
we can choose to happy be.
Just as we are this moment,
no dark future to foresee.

Remember Me

Don’t run away from me,
flee like a frightened deer.
I understand your panicked
world, I sense your growing fear.

I was there as darkness called,
to mock, reject, and stare.
I loved and cried with you,
I am the one who cared.

I have shared your sadness,
been lonely as you have felt.
Consider our shared feelings,
as with you I have dwelt.

Please don’t, not now reject,
as others have done to you.
You know I have not harmed,
I’m the one that’s been so true.

I am eternal, and I love you,
more than you know, or see,
I live deep within your being,
will you now, just now, love me.

It’s All About Love

It’s about love from the Light,
shimmering through dark waters.
It’s about gnarled oak trees,
and our sons and daughters.

It’s about grain in the fields,
song birds winging on high.
It’s about cloud drifts moving,
through a soft sapphire sky.

It’s about snow-topped peaks,
and green flecked rolling hills.
It’s about warm starry nights,
and moon-struck whippoorwills.

It’s about all the people,
living in peace everywhere.
It’s about the whole world,
and how much people care.

It’s all about you and me,
how we treat each other.
It’s all about compassion,
as we love one another.
