If you believe your life is so bad that you are thinking about suicide, then there are a few things you may want to know. Near Death Experiences show life is not always as it appears. There is more than you suspect.

First, many who attempt suicide, find themselves being sent back into the physical to complete their lives even though their bodies may be permanently damaged. NDEs show this to be true. You may have to live with a handicap for years while you finish your growth here.
Second, those who succeed, find they have not left their problems behind. The reason is: you can't run away from yourself. Wherever you go, all your feelings, emotions, beliefs go with you. These feelings, and thoughts will bring you the same results in the spiritual as they do in the physical. However, in both the spiritual and the physical, there are methods that may help you to understand yourself. Seek them out, if you don't help yourself, you will? You are worthy of love, peace, and joy. Start now.
Third, I suggest below a method that may help. You can do it without anyone knowing you are doing it. But it is not to be taken lightly. I hope you do decide to try it even if you are not thinking of suicide, it has been helpful for many people. Also you should look for other helpful books and material. The more you read and learn the more balance you will achieve.
Start with the Affirmations. Read the affirmations to yourself twice a day. Once in the morning, and once in the evening, just before going to bed. Do not try to analyze, judge or change the wording. Just complete them, and go on with your daily routine. Affirmations work by replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Over a period of time, usually a month or two, you will feel better about yourself. The time it takes for them to work depends on how often, and how thoughtfully you do them. Continue doing the affirmations for at least a year, many people do affirmations daily their entire lives with great success.
After you have done the affirmations for at least two weeks, go to the Hands page and read it. Read it as many times as it takes to be able to do it without referring back to the page. Then try it out. Use it as many times as you feel jittery or fearful. After practice this method may lessen panic, and anxiety attacks. I have used this method dozens of times in just one bad night. The more I used it, the better it worked.
After you have done the affirmations and the hands thing, for at least a month go to the Contents page. Pick something that looks interesting to you and start reading. If you do not believe in God, it's ok. Just substitute "The Force" (ala Star Wars) everytime the word God appears. For example: "The Force loves you," instead of "God loves you." It can help either way. What you are learning is not written on the pages, but between the lines. Every few sentences, stop and notice how you feel, and what your thoughts are. Learn to notice what thoughts make you to feel uncomfortable and what thoughts help you to feel safe. This is the beginning of self-knowledge. It is the path to freedom.
After you have done this small program for six months, celebrate the event, but don't stop. Self-knowledge and understanding is a life-time committment. Every day some time should be used toward that goal. As you complete this, other ways and material will show up. Look for self-help books, support groups, etc. Just never give up on yourself, you are the only one you have.
