I was hopeless, and could not be seen,
\ndarkness swirled in shades of midnight green,
\nshattered, unable to make a sound,
\nI lay broken on the cold dark ground.<\/p>\n

Someone had taught me all about you,
\nbut I never really thought it true.
\nI was just to busy to believe,
\nto hurried to ask for a reprieve.<\/p>\n

Then heard a soft voice, in kind words say,
\n\u201cmay I offer you my hand today.\u201d
\nA lucent hand reached for mine to grasp,
\npainfully I raised my hand to clasp.<\/p>\n

On the touch, a river of healing light,
\nflowed through my body lighting up the night.
\nWaves of brilliance covered my tortured soul
\nHis compassionate love making me whole.<\/p>\n
