Racism is only one aspect of fear. No one is born with fear, it is either taught, caught, or embedded. Fear is always irrational behavior. Don\u2019t confuse fear with caution when appropriate.<\/p>\n<p><em>Taught:<\/em> people can teach us to fear most anything, but if we allow others to teach us to fear we are dumb as a stone. Never let anyone teach you to fear anything.  You are fully capable of learning on your own about life.<\/p>\n<p><em>Caught:<\/em> people we respect who have fear can infect us with that fear only because we respect them.  Never fear just because someone else does.<\/p>\n<p><em>Embedded:<\/em> this is fear by association. Because you have a bad experience with someone doesn\u2019t mean all  \u201cthose\u201d people are bad.
