There are rules protecting that diversity against discrimination. These rules include anti-discrimination statutes to protect our citizens due to their:<\/p>\n<p>Age; Disability; Equal Pay\/Compensation; Genetic Information; Harassment; National Origin; Pregnancy; Race\/Color; Religion; Retaliation; Sex; Sexual Harassment.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, there are groups or organizations existing whose purpose is to preach discrimination against others under the pretext of free speech. Some call them hate groups.
