There was a bright white light, a floating sensation and the feeling of peace. He heard voices below him. He looked down to see the patient on the operating table and the doctor trying to revive him. Suddenly, he realized that he was staring down at himself. There was a fleeting thought that he didn\u2019t want to be dead; he wanted to be alive.
