Over the past thirty years I have read hundreds of self-help books. Wrote many Affirmations. Gathered personal experiences and displayed them for others to read. Did audios and visuals attempting to help friends along the spiritual path. I thought it would be helpful if I listed those resources that provided me the greatest understanding for others to consider. <\/p>\n

Below are the resources that helped me the most. My path is\/was a spiritual path, not because I have faith, but because I have experienced personal events along that path and still do. That we are spirit inhabiting a physical body is to me a demonstrable truth. We are eternal.<\/p>\n
